Aconitum Napellus, an excellent febrifuge and anesthetic

Aconitum Napellus is a homeopathic remedy used to treat feverish states, respiratory infections, cardiovascular and neuralgic diseases as well as amenorrhea.

Aconitum Napellus is a homeopathic remedy made from the Aconite napel or monk's helmet, a plant of the Ranunculaceae family. Growing at high altitudes and especially in the Pyrenees, this plant is very toxic even if it is ingested in very low doses. The preparation of its mother tincture is done from whole plants harvested at the end of flowering. In order to make it a homeopathic remedy, it is diluted infinitesimally and then energized. Although Aconitum Napellus is mainly recommended in cases of fever, it can also be used for the treatment of many other diseases.

Infectiology and inflammatory syndromes

Aconitum Napellus is recommended in cases of cough, angina, bronchitis, laryngitis and rhinolaryngitis. It also helps to treat infections accompanied by fevers and causing the heart rate to accelerate. In particular, it is suitable for patients who are feverish, very thirsty but unable to drink much water, and who are anxious and agitated. Nerve pain that worsens in a cold and leads to numbness can be effectively treated with Aconitum Napellus. The latter also helps to get rid of tingling and tingling.

To treat coughs, angina, bronchitis, laryngitis and rhinolaryngitis, this remedy can be combined with Belladona.

Recommended dosage in case of nervous disorders

Aconitum Napellus 15 to 30 CH will be used to relieve pain that is localized in the nerves and that is due to a cold. As for the treatment, you should take 5 granules every 4 or 6 hours, for 15 days.

Recommended dosage in case of behavioral disorders

Taking 5 granules of Aconitum Napellus 15 CH, in the evening before going to bed, will prevent insomnia. The treatment could last 15 days and/or be repeated if the need arises. In addition, it is recommended to give patients who have panic attacks, are afraid of dying or are agitated, 3 granules of Aconitum Napellus 30 CH.

Recommended dosage in case of cardiovascular disease

For the shock treatment of cardiovascular diseases, put five granules of Aconitum 15 CH every 3 hours under the tongue for one or two days. The frequency of the doses will then be gradually reduced.

Recommended dosage in case of gynaecological disorders

In the treatment of amenorrhea following a cold or cold, the scale dose technique will be used. This consists of taking a dose of 9 CH on the first day, another dose of 15 CH on the second day and finally a dose of 30 CH on the third day.
