It is then combined with other homeopathic preparations depending on the age of the affected individual and the nature of the acne lesion. In
case of skin ulcers, 3 Carbo animalis 7 CH granules, 1 to 2 times a day, are recommended, while to treat acne, in addition to hygienic and dietary measures, Carbo animalis 7 CH is to be taken with Sanguinaria canadensis 7 CH. The usual dosage is 3 granules per dose, morning, noon and evening. For adult acne, especially in women over 45 years of age, it takes 3 to 5 granules, 2 times a day, to be taken until healing, but if no improvement is observed, a medical consultation is indicated.
Treatment of rosacea requires 3 granules of Carbo animalis 5 CH for 10 days, preferably before meals. However, the associated field treatment will be determined by the treating homeopath.
