Homeopathy, a therapeutic solution for prostate diseases

Several homeopathic remedies can be used to reduce pain and treat urinary problems caused by prostate disease.

The prostate is a gland in the male genital tract whose function is to secrete the constituent fluid of semen. It can be affected by many pathologies including prostasis, prostatitis and prostatic adenoma. Prostatism is the name given to all prostate cancer diseases. Prostatitis, on the other hand, manifests itself by the inflammation of the latter. It can be acute or bacterial. Prostatic adenoma, on the other hand, is characterized by the enlargement of the gland. Prostate diseases usually affect older men, between the ages of 40 and 60. They can be both painful and disabling. However, it is possible to treat them effectively with several homeopathic remedies.

Symptoms of prostate diseases

Prostate diseases are easy to diagnose. Prostasis, for example, is characterized by a reduction in urine output as well as a permanent urge and frequent need to urinate. It can cause lymphadenopathy of the groin and sudden retention of urine associated with hematuria and pollakiuria. It is often accompanied by insomnia and physical or nervous fatigue. The symptoms of prostate adenoma are quite similar to those of prostate cancer. However, the patient who suffers from it may also suffer from dysuria or enuresis or may even be forced to make a lot of effort to urinate. Prostatitis, in addition, is the cause of poor urinary flow, painful urination or urinary retention associated with pain in the pelvic region. When it is acute, it is accompanied by fever and pain in the perineal region, which are intensified by the evacuation of urine and stool. But when it is chronic, it is mainly characterized by urination disorders.

Treatment of urinary problems caused by prostate disease

Urinary problems due to prostate disease are usually treated with three granules of Belladona 5 CH and Myristica 5 CH, to be taken two to three times a day. However, if in particular they are caused by prostatism and manifest themselves by urination that is abruptly interrupted and then restarted a few moments later, three granules of Sabal Serrulata 5 CH and Conium Maculatum 5 CH, to be administered one to several times a day, depending on the persistence of symptoms, are recommended.

Treatment of pain during urination

Sensations of pain and burning when urinating can be relieved with five Staphysagria 7 or 9 CH granules to be sucked on every two hours. The doses should then be much more spaced out depending on the disappearance of symptoms. As for perineal pains accompanied by frequent urination, they are soothed by five drops of Thuja mother tincture, to be taken twice a day after a meal.

Appropriate treatment in case of difficult or weak urination

In the event of an adenoma characterized by difficulty in urination, place a dose of Thuja 9 CH under the tongue, preferably every Sunday, and administer three granules of Rana bufo 4 CH and Prostate 7 CH, two to three times a day. To get rid of the symptoms of the disease more quickly, it is also recommended to take fifteen drops of Sabal Serrulata TM or ten drops of Pareira Brava TM four times a day. In particular, if urination is frequent but urine flow remains low, use three granules of Baryta Carbonica 5 CH three times every two days.

When to see a doctor?

When the prostate condition is severe and results in the inability to pass urine, or abundant blood in the urine, bladder dilation, or kidney dysfunction, it is always necessary to consult a homeopath or doctor. In these cases, only the latter will be able to prescribe the most appropriate treatment and, therefore, the remedies that would avoid complications.
