Fighting against summer lucitis with homeopathy

Summer lucitis is a benign infection that can cause many inconveniences. Homeopathic remedies exist to prevent as well as treat this disorder.

Summer lucite is a sun allergy that, as the name suggests, occurs mainly in summer. Skin that is particularly sensitive to UV rays is generally the most affected by this condition. Although the infection is mild, there are preventive treatments that prevent the appearance of unpleasant spots on the skin, a skin manifestation characteristic of summer lucitis.

Symptoms

Benign summer light eruption is a condition that particularly affects young women. Following prolonged exposure to the sun, itching is felt before turning into blisters that will disappear after a few days. However, lucite can be annoying if sun exposure has lasted for several days. Usually, the condition only affects the exposed parts of the body, but it can also affect the face, in which case the itching turns into real open sores. In this situation, it is imperative to turn to a health professional immediately so that the most appropriate treatment can be implemented.

Recommended treatments

It is possible to treat summer lucite in two ways, either by preventing the condition or by treating it after prolonged sun exposure. However, it is good to know that preventive treatment is by far the best. With this in mind, it is advisable to take 5 granules of Muriaticum Acidum 7 CH twice a day, i.e. morning and evening. In some cases, summer lucitis can cause hives and, to remedy this, it is advisable to use Histaminum 15 CH. For optimal results, it is strongly recommended to start the treatment one to two weeks before leaving for the holiday and to continue it for the duration of the stay.

To relieve lucitis following sun exposure, 5 granules of Muriaticum Acidum 5 CH should be taken, at a rate of 3 doses per day. It is possible to complete this treatment by opting for Apis Mellifica 5 CH, Urtica Urens 5 CH (in case of urticaria) and Belladona 5 CH every hour during the first day of treatment. In the following days, the doses may be reduced, but it is important to continue treatment for a few days even if symptoms disappear.

When to see a doctor?

Summer lucitis is a mild infection, but a consultation with a dermatologist is sometimes necessary, especially if there is no improvement despite the remedies administered. Similarly, it is imperative to consult a doctor when urticaria causes open wounds because it can then be an infection other than benign summer lucitis.

Summary

It is possible to use protective creams to fight against summer lucite, but homeopathy offers better alternatives. Muriaticum Acidum and Histaminum can indeed be used to treat this disease in depth. Histanum is also prescribed to fight against attacks of urticaria.
