The treatment of intertrigo is carried out with Hepar Sulfuris in 5 Ch. To treat intertrigo of the toes or athlete's foot with red, moist, itchy skin, Hydrocotyle 5 Ch. If the skin lesions are caused by sweating, Dulcamara 5 Ch or Natrum Sulfuricum 5 Ch should be administered. To treat intertrigo of fungal origin, the patient must consume Mercurius in 5 Ch. The dosage is 3 granules to be taken 3 times a day until the condition disappears.
To treat intertrigo with a soft and localized ooze on the retroauricular fold, it is necessary to adopt a homeopathic remedy based on Graphites. To eliminate intertrigo of infectious origin with a progressive extension of the lesions, it is indicated to take Hepar sulfuris calcareum in 5 Ch, at the rate of 3 granules 3 times a day. Lycopodium clavatum in 5 Ch is indicated to reduce intertrigo caused by superinfected eczema. If intertrigo is due to Candida Albicans, treat with Monilia Ablicans 5 Ch. Sulphur in cream form is used to treat intertrigo with seborrheic dermatitis and aggravation by humidity. This product is used in the form of a cream to be applied to lesions.
